Guidelines for Submissions
Some formats are easier for me to work with than others, so I request that you send them, as possible, in the following formats, listed in order of desirability:
- HTML pdf/Adobe Acrobat (PostScript/LaTeX/dvi if you want to be cute)
- Word for Windows or Mac, or Excel for Windows, or other word processor format
- ASCII text (or cut and paste into an email)
I cannot at this point convert from Mac xls format, but I'll let you know if I work out this wrinkle. Most modern word processors can save a file in HTML, so this would be the preferable route. Don't worry if there is a lack of, say, mileage information on the cue sheet, I'm just trying to get as many viable routes as possible. Other potential projects may fill in this gap in the future. Total route distance is always appreciated, though. I will omit ride-specific details like phone numbers.
